ALL custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once an order is placed it immediately eliminates that time slot for future orders to have. Due to the custom nature of our work and the great deal of time it takes to produce orders, ALL custom sales are final. Please do not place an order until you are sure you want that order.
